New Beer Tuesday Chapter Application Form

If you are planning to apply for a chapter, then you must have already filled out a Beer Tuesday Membership application form. As you know there are no single member chapter (with the exception from inducted Beer Tuesday Members who have moved somewhere without a chapter), so all other applying members must also fill out and submit an application form.

All you need to do is fill out a form, and you will apply to become a fringe chapter of Beer Tuesday. However you will not become a actual chapter, and the members will not become actual members until they are authorised by other Beer Tuesday members. However as a fringe chapter you will be one step closer to becoming an actual Beer Tuesday member and chapter.
